Terms & Conditions

1. Use of the card constitutes acknowledgement of and is abided by the terms and conditions set forth.
2. The Gift Card is issued by Madera Cafe and can only be used in exchange for goods in Madera Cafe.
3. No change or cash refund will be provided.
4. Madera Cafe will not be liable for any lost or damaged cards.
5. The card will expire after 12 consecutive months of non-use.
6. Unused amount shall be forfeited automatically upon the expiry date.
7. Membership point accumulation is not applicable for purchasing Gift Card or any purchases paid by Gift Card.
8. Remaining stored value is non-refundable or extendable.
9. Holders may add value to their Gift Cards at Madera Cafe and the value will be subjected to eligible spending.
10. This Gift Card is an electronic product with limited life depending on factors such as utilization, varying storage conditions and operating environment.
11. Do not tamper with your Gift Card, such as bend, write on, scratch, cut it, or paste stickers, photos or accessories on it. Otherwise, transactions will not be honored and remaining stored value will not be refunded.
12. Madera Cafe reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
